I met Tyson several years ago while playing for the Southland Sharks. Tyson is incredibly knowledgable, hard working and is very good at developing relationships with everyone he works with. He tailors a programme to your body and individual needs and makes adjustments to your programme as required. Strength and conditioning coaches don’t always get the credit they deserve but Tyson played a very integral role in the Sharks winning the 2018 NZNBL championship and am very thankful for the role he played in my career.
