Tyson Huia whakapapa's to Ngāti Maniapoto; Waikato Tainui; Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei; Ngāti Tama. He is also Niuean through his mothers side which allows him to represent both Māori and Pāsifika. Through his experiences with working alongside high performance professionals, Tyson identified a gap and is passionate with supporting athletes from a development level. To provide a high performance experience for development athletes has always been Tysons motivation. To educate and empower athletes, helping them build their foundations to support their journey.

Jess Huia is of Ngati Kahungunu desent, born and raised in Christchurch and has been involved with fitness and sports for the last 20 years, Netball is her passion and she has moved into High Performance Coaching roles. Her previous appointment was with Aotearoa Maori Netball Secondary School as their Head Coach for 5 years. In addition, she was the Director of Sport at Southland Girls High School who was instrumental for running a successful Netball Programme.
